Coverage Summary

We warrant up to $10,000 USD for breach-related costs if:

• A vulnerability in our monitored list leads to a security breach
• You implemented our recommended fix within 72 hours of notification
• The breach is reported to us within 7 days of discovery
• You maintained an active CyberShield Pro subscription

Qualifying Expenses

• Forensic investigation costs
• Data recovery services
• Credit monitoring for affected customers (max $2,000)
• Regulatory fine reimbursement (max $5,000)
• Public relations consultation (max $1,000)

Claims Process

1. Email claims@cybershieldpro.com immediately after breach discovery
2. Submit incident documentation within 14 days including:
   • Forensic reports
   • Implementation logs of our recommended fix
   • Expense receipts
3. Our team will review within 10 business days
4. Payment issued within 30 days of approval

Important Exclusions

• Pre-existing vulnerabilities before subscription
• Breaches from zero-day vulnerabilities (not in our database)
• Social engineering attacks (phishing, etc.)
• Physical security breaches
• Lost business revenue or reputational damage
• Government/military targets
